Thanks for stopping by! My name is Stephania Miron, owner of Ava Janae Photography. I started my photography journey in 2022 shortly after I became a mother. I named the company after my daughter, Ava Janae. I specialize in portrait photography, based in Tri-cities, Washington. Being able to deliver timeless portraits to my own family, motivated me to keep learning and share my skills with others! For the past three years I've been dedicated to capturing the beauty in people. I've gained so many different skillsets over the years, and continue to learn something new everyday. What began as a hobby quickly turned into a passion, and I'm constantly inspired by the stories I get to tell through my lens.

My style and approach to each session is to make it unique for every client, and always taking into consideration their vision for the session. I live for candid shots and flash photography. But, excel in any situation a client may bring my way. I enjoy shooting in studio and the outdoors equally. My style leans towards candid, focusing on capturing authentic emotions with artificial lighting. I believe in creating a relaxed and enjoyable experience, allowing your true personality to shine through. You will have the biggest supporter behind the camera, that will make sure you feel beautiful inside and out! Creating the best experience for my clients is what motivates me as photographer. When I'm not behind the camera, I am fully immersed in my role as a mother, and creating special moments with the ones I love.
